Village Lanes "Strike Zone and J&J Pro Shop Singles"

This tournament is open to all USBC certified members and shall operate under USBC Tournament Rules. All entrants will be required to show a USBC 2009/2010 membership card at tournament check-in. Non-USBC members may enter the tournament by paying an unattached membership fee of $21.00 ($10.00 National, $10.00 Local and $1.00 State)

Youth Bowlers are allowed to bowl this tournament!

All winnings for youth bowlers will be put into a smart account in their name.

Rules:

To enter this tournament you must have a previous year book average with a minimum of 42 games or current year average with an minimum of 42 games. All others will bowl scratch.
Tournament director(s) reserves the right to re-rate or reject any entry.
Anyone reporting an incorrect average will be disqualified and forfeit all winnings.
Any abuse to Village Lanes equipment will result in that bowler being disqualified and no refunds will be issued.
Tournament Director will have final decisions in all disputes.
Handicaps will be: 80% of 210 for men/boys, with max of 40 pins per game including plus pins, and 80% of 220 for women/girls, with a max of 50 pins per game including plus pins.
The tournament will be held under league conditions, three games across 6 lanes.
Youth Bowlers are allowed to bowl this tournament and any winnings will be put into SMART # 11785.
RERATING:

1st 50% of total handicap (inc. Plus Pins)
2nd 40% of total handicap (inc. Plus Pins)
3rd 30% of total handicap (inc. Plus Pins)
4th 20% of total handicap (inc. Plus Pins)
5th 10% of total handicap (inc. Plus Pins)

* For each Tournament you bowl and not cash you will receive 3 plus pins.
* Bowl a "300" game or " 800" series and receive a Village Lanes J&J Pro Shop Club Jacket.

Squad Times:

Saturday: Every Hour from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sunday: Every Hour from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm LAST SQUAD IS AT 2:00 PM NO EXCEPTIONS!
Semifinals: are Sunday at 3:00 pm
Stepladder Finals: immediately after Semifinals
We have flexible squad times. If you come in 15, 30, 45 minutes after squad starts; if lanes are available you can start right then, except for Sunday 2:00 pm squad

Entry Fee:

$30.00 for first entry and $25.00 each after. NO CHECKS!!
Bowl 3 squads and the 4th one is Free! A $25.00 Savings!!.
*Free or un-used entries are non-transferable to other tournaments.

Format:

Cut is 1 for 3, with a separate cut for Saturday and Sunday. All qualifiers will bowl 3 games Sunday at 3:00 pm.
The top 5 from the 3:00pm Semifinals will bowl stepladder finals.

5th place bowls 4th place
The winner will bowl 3rd place
The winner will bowl 2nd place
The winner will bowl 1st place
